About ATGEN

Who we are.

ATGEN supplies, installs and integrates LED displays for churches, businesses, schools and venues.

We plan displays as part of the building, then commission the system so the room, playback and content work together from the start.

We keep responsibility connected from design and specification through installation, commissioning and support.

The same technicians who survey the room carry the project through installation, alignment, commissioning and handover; cabling and mounting are done to a standard that survives years of use, not just show day; and clients deal with named people rather than a call center.

We install across the United States.

Careful cabling and cabinet connections during installation.

What working with ATGEN looks like

  • A single point of contact from enquiry to handover.
  • A documented design and playback specification before installation.
  • Commissioning and integration handled by our technicians.
  • A maintenance plan after handover.

Questions

Questions.

Pixel pitch is the distance between each LED light, measured in millimetres. A smaller pitch makes text, faces and camera images look sharper from close seats; the room, nearest viewer, sightlines and content determine the sensible range. Bring the closest and farthest viewing positions to the survey so the recommendation reflects the whole audience.

Timing depends on the scope, product availability, venue access and your schedule. The survey and technical review establish what has to be supplied, built, integrated and tested. Share your target date, access restrictions and any fixed event or opening date so the plan can be sequenced realistically.

A photo or plan of the wall, rough dimensions, viewing distance, the content you want to show and your dates are a useful starting point. The survey then checks support, access, power, data routes, lighting and mounting. If you have them, keep room drawings, photos from the audience area and examples of the sources you need to connect ready.

ATGEN coordinates supply and installation, with the right people involved for mounting, alignment, testing, integration and handover. For an event or rental wall, the plan can also cover delivery, build, rigging, calibration, operation, strike and collection. The final crew and access plan depend on the wall, venue and scope.

A maintenance plan and named contact provide support after handover, with service planned for the wall and how it is used. The installation review identifies practical access, spare-module needs, processor and playback responsibilities, and the people who should receive support. Specific support arrangements are agreed as part of the project handover.

Yes. Existing screens, processors, playback systems and content sources can be reviewed during the survey so the new wall fits the room and wider system. Have the current equipment list, signal types, control locations and examples of the content available if possible. The final connection and processing plan is confirmed after those checks.

Yes. ATGEN supports permanent LED wall solutions for daily use and event and rental LED walls for scheduled productions. Permanent work includes design, supply, mounting, integration, commissioning, training and support; event work is planned around venue access, dates, build, operation and strike. The brief determines which path and equipment package fits.

ATGEN completes alignment, source checks, testing and handover so the wall is ready for the way your team will use it. Training covers the practical operating path, and the support and maintenance plan is agreed at handover. Keep the final content sources, room contacts and access information available so the system can be supported cleanly.
